The Diagnostic:
Sometimes what's next isn't unclear because you need more information. It's unclear because the answers require a deeper or different relationship within.
Across 3 private sessions, we'll look beneath the ‘thinking mind’ and get to know the unseen contributors that are keeping you stuck, numb, unsure or estranged from your most aligned path.
You'll leave with a revolutionized understanding of your inner landscape, how to apply powerful new internal skills, and equipped to lead from your core, Sacred Self.

This is not a space for coaching or advice. The Understory is a structured, investigative series of sessions designed to get clear about what's “in the way”, and to shift it - respectfully and effectively - at a root level.
During our time, we will:
→ Identify hidden dynamics currently stalling your momentum,
→ Separate from protective behaviors (parts) that mean well but don't serve your true goals, and negotiate with them,
→ Earn greater trust in Self, and build new, trusting relationships with the parts you didn't know were taking over,
→ Recalibrate your inner leadership and ability to choose a clear, calm, courageous way forward, through each choice point life presents.
After Each Session:
Following each session, you will receive a Reflective Summary - a detailed recap of where our session took you, what we learned, the inquiry and relationship-building goals that were revealed and suggested steps / prompts for continuing to work with what you discovered.
Each Understory session is a deeply illuminating piece of work, oriented toward befriending your inner system, and gaining clarity about what's in the way, what is needed and how to bring constructive change to the way forward.
This work is not an alternative for:
Crisis support, therapy, or mental health diagnosis or treatment.
