All personal information and written submissions are kept confidential and are used solely for the purpose of providing personal and professional leadership-development guidance. Your information will never be shared, published, or used for any other purpose without your explicit permission.

 

Because most Theoria Consulting work is conducted through email and digital platforms, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the reasonable privacy limitations inherent in online communication.

 

During in-person or group engagements, all participants will be asked to sign and verbally attest to a mutual non-disclosure and privacy policy, and a code of group ethics protecting individual ideas and intellectual property.
